This covers information collected through this website. It does not cover client data we handle under a signed service agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you type. Nothing else, and no fields are hidden.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location by country or region, referring site, device and browser type, and how a visit moves through a page: scrolling, clicks and mouse movement. These are stored as individual session recordings, not just totals.
Text you type into the contact form is masked and is not captured in those recordings. We use this to see which parts of the site people actually read. We do not use it to work out who you are personally.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use this site to retarget you with ads.
Why we collect it
Form submissions exist so Andrew Satnik can reply to your enquiry. That is the whole purpose. Analytics exist so we know which parts of the site people actually read.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and arrive as email in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Site analytics and session recordings are processed by Microsoft Clarity. Both act on our instructions and are subject to their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes, and we do not pass it to other companies except the providers described above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for up to two years so we have context if you contact us again, then deleted. If you become a client, your information is retained under our service agreement instead of this policy. Session recordings and analytics are retained by Microsoft Clarity under its own retention schedule, currently up to 30 days for recordings.
Your choices
Email andrew@satniksolutions.com and ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no process to navigate. It is one person reading the mailbox.
If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with statutory data rights, those rights apply and the request above is how you exercise them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart and to stitch a session together. You can block or clear these in your browser, and the site will work exactly the same.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Enquiries live in a Microsoft 365 mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication and conditional access.
Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
